5-Day Private Psilocybin Retreat in Costa Rica

A private 5-day experience with two guided ceremonies, two massages, personal support, and time to rest, integrate, and go deeper.

.

Who This Stay Is For

Some processes need more time around them.

For many people, the first ceremony opens the door. It may bring clarity, emotion, release, or a deeper awareness of something that has been waiting beneath the surface. But sometimes, after the first experience, there is a feeling that the process is still unfolding — that something needs more rest, more silence, and a second moment of entering inward.

This stay may be right for you if you feel called to go deeper, without being part of a large or intensive retreat.

Five days give more room to arrive, prepare, experience the first ceremony, rest afterward, and enter the second ceremony from a different place. There is time between the ceremonies to listen to what has opened, to be in nature, to receive support, and to let the experience move at a natural pace.

You may be coming alone, as a couple, or with a small group of close people you already trust. What matters most is that the space allows your process to breathe — with enough time before, between, and after the ceremonies.

What Is Included

Everything is arranged with one clear intention: to give you a private, well-supported psilocybin retreat with enough time for two ceremonies and the space between them.

Your stay includes two guided psilocybin ceremonies, personal preparation before the first ceremony, and integration support throughout the retreat. The entire property is reserved exclusively for you, so there are no other guests, no open group, and no outside schedule to fit into.

Also included:

  • Two guided psilocybin ceremonies
  • Personal preparation before the experience
  • Integration support throughout the stay
  • Exclusive use of the property
  • Two massages
  • Time for rest, silence, and nature
  • Optional walks through nearby pastures
  • Optional waterfall visit
  • Optional horseback riding experience
  • Quiet time at the house and in the garden
  • Optional bonfire evenings
  • Meals prepared upon request
  • Airport pickup available for an additional fee by prior arrangement

The stay can be kept very simple, or it can include more time in nature if that feels supportive. Some guests prefer to rest, write, meditate, and stay close to the house. Others enjoy walking through the pastures, visiting the waterfall, spending time with the horses, sitting by the fire, or being in the garden as part of their integration.

Arrival and the First Ceremony

There is no strict hourly program at Lian House.

The retreat has a clear structure, but the days are not forced into a rigid schedule. The rhythm is shaped around arrival, preparation, the first ceremony, rest, the second ceremony, and the time needed afterward to return gradually.

Day 1 — Arrival, Massage, and Preparation

The first day is about arriving fully.

After you come to Lian House, there is time to settle into the space, see the ceremonial cabin, walk around the property, and begin to leave daily life behind for a while.

A massage is included on this day to help the body release tension before the first ceremony. We also take time to speak about your intention, your current life situation, your expectations, and anything that feels important before entering the experience.

This day gives the retreat a grounded beginning.

Day 2 — First Ceremony

The second day is kept simple and focused.

Before the ceremony, there is time to rest, be in nature, sit quietly, or speak if something feels important. We do not fill the day with activities. The intention is to let your system prepare in its own way.

Later, the first ceremony takes place in our wooden ceremonial cabin, prepared with candlelight, natural materials, and the sounds of the mountains around us.

Afterward, there is no need to explain everything immediately. You can rest, stay in silence, or simply allow the experience to settle.

Integration and the Second Ceremony

The days between and after the ceremonies are an important part of the retreat.

They give the body and mind time to breathe, notice what has opened, and prepare for the next step without pressure.

Day 3 — Rest, Nature, and Integration

The day after the first ceremony is important.

This is a time to listen to what remains present after the experience. Some people feel like resting deeply. Others want to walk, speak, write, cry, laugh, or spend time outside. There is no single correct way to integrate.

If it feels supportive, we may walk through the nearby pastures, visit a waterfall, spend time with the horses, sit in the garden, or end the day by the fire. This day gives the body and mind time to breathe before the second ceremony.

Day 4 — Second Ceremony

The second ceremony often comes from a different place.

By this point, you already know the space, the rhythm of the house, and the feeling of being here. There is usually less need to understand everything with the mind, and more capacity to enter the experience with trust and openness.

During the day, we keep the atmosphere calm and simple. Later, the second ceremony is held with the same care and attention as the first, allowing the process to continue, deepen, or move in a new direction.

Afterward, there is again time to rest and let the experience settle without pressure.

Day 5 — Reflection and Departure

The final morning is kept open for breakfast, reflection, conversation, and integration.

This is a time to notice what feels important after both ceremonies — what has changed, what has become clearer, and what may need care after returning home.

There is no need to rush out early. You can take your time, gather yourself, and leave when you feel ready.
